The rooms of the hotel were nice with the view. The decor was beautiful and the staff were nice. The location couldn't be more favourable and great on foot or with tram.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

Great location - within walking distance of the city center. It was easy to find my way around and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. , the room was clean and the staff was friendly, always happy to help with anything.

Noise levels in my room were quite high, I could hear trams passing by all the time. The curtains did not block the light properly, so I was waking up early every day.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, offering to store our bags before check-in and giving great advice on what to see and where to eat in the city.
